Hay Castle gave Vivat Matriarchia their Clore Learning Space for family workshops on Thurs 14th August. Using the processes drypoint, shadow projections and clay medal-making to link with the current Perihelia exhibition in the Castle’s History Cabinet. Adults and children alike enjoyed projecting their drypoints and shadow drawings onto the Learning Space walls and making their MBE’s (Matriarchy’s Best Envoys) from clay pressing.
